Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to this policy. 

Returns and Exchange Policy 

Eligibility for Returns 

1. Return Vs Exchange: We offer an exchange policy for some of our products.  There is no option to cancel the order or claim refund


2. Exchange: Only products costing above Rs.600 are eligible for exchange, subject to availability of a similar productFor example: a pouch can be exchanged for a pouch only and not against a bag or a wallet. 

3. Timeframe: You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to initiate an exchange. 

4. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 

5. Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit. 

6. Exclusions: Customized or personalized products are non-exchangeable. 

7. One-time Exchange: Exchanges are permitted only once. 

8. Exchange Charge (for Items Purchased with Discounts): For all orders availed using coupons or discounts, there will be an exchange charge of Rs.199 per item.

*Our products go through 2-levels of quality check before dispatch.  It is unlikely that you will receive a damaged product.  For any claims/exchanges for damaged product, the unboxing video is mandatory.  



Exchange Process 

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at care@swades.fashion or What’s App 7827976268 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the exchange. 

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us 

3. Return Courier: Whilst we will make our best effort to arrange a return pick up, it may not always be availableYou may be required to arrange a local reliable courier to send the product back to us, in case we cannot pick up. 

4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return or cancellation policy criteria. 

5. Alternate Selection for Exchanges: You may select an alternate option and What's App 7827976268 OR email care@swades.fashion  The selected product would be sent to you.
